Discussions about technical details such as instrument wiring, system cabinet layouts, information networks, IT-servers and electrical powering are no problem for Safewise. Business areas where Safewise has gained its knowledge and experiences are the process industries such as oil & gas, fine chemicals and utilities (water & power). In the past 15 years Safewise has successfully delivered several complex system migration projects.

Safewise is knowledgeable and experienced to discuss with management the business objectives and write down a firm business case for the proposed project. With an MBA on university level (MSc) Safewise understands the playfield of business management. With a career start in DCS engineering and having experience as a lead engineer Safewise understands system design, build and implementation up to commissioning and start-up.
With a long working experience at many end-user companies Safewise understands the operations of a plant and what rules at the shop floor. Safewise is capable to discuss with operators, maintenance engineers and operations management how they run their plant and together determine how they can optimize their production capacity and product quality by using improved process control and information systems.
Last but not least Safewise is PMI en Prince2 certified in project management and in risk management. Safewise can manage the engineering team (either internal staff or external engineers from system suppliers or system integrators) and execute the project by controlling risks, scope, schedule, financials and other aspects. To do so Safewise starts with producing a firm project plan.
